Seriously smoky, delightfully rich, surprisingly smooth. Dark roast coffees often have a sharp bite to them and the roast flavor can be hollow and bitter. This blend is not that coffee. Dungeness Dark is our flagship roast, our best seller and our hometown hero. We roast this coffee slow and at milder temps and take it just to the edge of too dark. This blend is heralded all the time for how smooth and gentle it is for being so dark. DD is complex and full bodied, notes of chocolate and dark fruit can still be found amidst its bold roasty flavor. You like dark? You’ll like this!
